Randy Lennon

Co-Founder / Director

Randy Lennon is a 39 year entrepreneur who has founded and built successful enterprises in the fields of newspaper publishing, television and radio, recording artist management, retail, advertising and marketing, personal development, new media, and the Internet. He has managed recording artists who have earned US Gold and Platinum Albums as well as the Juno Award in Canada, performed as a regional television and national radio talk show host, and worked as a special advisor to the leader of a major national political party in Ottawa. As Chairman of the Privatization Committee of the board of directors of Access Television network, Randy oversaw the first successful privatization of a public television broadcaster in North America.


Adrian Bohach


Adrian is recognized as a world thought leader and innovator in the growing Social Enterprise sector. He is a gifted leader with a vision that inspires everyone he meets. For over 35 years Adrian has built a reputation as a leader with a track record of delivering exceptional results in the business, government, and the non-profit sectors. His diverse career includes roles as an actuary, business owner, executive management consultant, writer and board chair/member. He is a pioneer of social enterprise in North America, and has been a advocate of the Social Enterprise model since 1989.


Dr. Geoff Tunnicliffe.


Dr. Geoff Tunnicliffe – Geoff was formerly the Secretary General / CEO of the World Evangelical Alliance, leading a group of more than 600 million Christians. Since leaving that post Geoff has been heavily involved in the media world, most notably as an advisor to MGM Television, a board member for Yes TV and Tricord Distribution, the Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Christian Media Corporation International, and a Global Strategist for Pureflix.


Ken Davidson


Ken is recognized as one of Canada’s leading Accounting and Financial experts. Currently Mr Davidson heads the Atlantic region of BDO Canada and is Leader of Development with respect to mergers and acquisitions for BDO nationwide. Prior to these roles Ken had the honour of serving as the Chair of BDO Canada; a firm with more than 100 offices, more than 400 partners and nearly 2,500 accounting professionals which generated circa $500M of revenue in 2015 during his tenure as chairman. Mr Davidson’s area of interest within BDO is Entrepreneurship and he has a proven track record of facilitating growth, shareholder wealth and successful exits.
